its me Asked: Ways to stop or help with insomnia?

i just cant get to sleep and im almost never tired. most nights i only get 3 hrs of sleep and stay up for the rest of day. or i'll go to sleep at 6am and wake up around 1pm. So any methods to sleep without pills and such?

Lay in bed way earlier, I have insomnia too :/ I take melatonin though,but when I dont I lay on my bed at 10…and I can usually sleep by 12

Um, I don't want to be nasty but, masturbating helps people with insomnia. Really it does, I've read it on the internet. and I don't want to tell you how it helps, because its really nasty… Sorry, but I just wanted to help…If you don't believe me, search it up.
