Urahara Kisuke Asked: What do you think the hardest part of being you is?
Probably going to sleep for me. I don't tell my friends but they could all tell me I never get enough sleep and they seriously think I have insomnia even though I just don't feel like sleeping early.
Or maybe i'm just weird.. lol.
ATSF1974 Asked: What medication worked for you when SSRI’s did not work?
41 years old married male.
I have a lot of anxiety and what's worse is depression comes in towards the evening and haunts me big time.
I work out, I listen to music, I go to talk therapy at least once every two weeks and discuss my issues.
I have tried every SSRI for a a month and some change.
None have helped me.
The only one I did not give a fair shake was Paxil because I read so many bad things related to it.
I am in a stage of my life where I am trying to just keep it together.
I am working part-time and unhappily (sexually) married.
The other kicker, is that I have terrible insomnia.
The only thing that helps when the Ambien doesn't is Seroquel which I know is not suppose to be good for you because of the huge list of side effects in the commercial and on the monograph.
Any suggestions that are sincere would be appreciated,
