Jose Asked: Tips for insomnia that are proven to work?
I can barely sleep at night. And when I do, it's only for like, 3 hours. Please recommend if you've used them yourself and are sure they would work.
Bobby Asked: Chemotherapy and insomnia?
Ive been going through chemo for eight months now and lately I cannot sleep at all. I can stay up for a good 24 hours like nothing and feel normal. I was taking melatonin to sleep before and it helped a lot but my doctor told me to stop taking it. Now I can't sleep. How can I get the rest I need with no medications?

Jealan Asked: Aside from sleeping, what else is a way to get taller?
I'm 13 and I usually stay up late every night because of a sleeping problem. Probably, insomnia. And since growth hormones are excreted during long times of sleep, I'm afraid sleeping is out of my list. Anyone who knows how to be taller?
PS. Please don't be mean. I asked properly, so please answer properly. 🙂
Honey Asked: My anxiety is keeping me up at night!?
Okay for awhile I have always thought that I had a fatal insomnia that you didn't need to inherit, you could just get it out of the blue. But after some thinking, I thought that it didn't make any sense at all.But I'm concerned again.Because for awhile now I have been having trouble falling asleep. You see when I try and go to bed my heart rate goes up a lot and my breathing becomes shallow and I get nervous for absolutely no reason at all.And I can't fall asleep until like 2 in the morning. And I get up at like 6 in the morning and I can't fall back asleep. This has happened for 4 nights now and I was wondering if this is something that is really serious or if this can be managed with sleeping pills or something else.I'm 18 years old, thank you.
thessafemale Asked: How to reverse side effects of natural progesterone cream?
Hello. I used natural progesterone cream 4 years ago for 6 months for severe adenomyosis. The pain from adenomyosis almost stopped but I suffer from side effects until today. These are prolonged periods and spotting ,insomnia and hair loss. I also suffered from acne but it stopped 9 months ago and mood swings that stopped when I stopped using the cream. When will the progesterone wash out of my body COMPLETELY? Is there any way to detoxify?

act as if God is watching Asked: a friend says she has sleep apnea. She said her HEART stops?
I told her that she is mistaken and it's her breathing stops not her heart. She was in a sleep study and she was told this. She is freaking.I can't convince her it's her breathing, which is bad enough, not her heart. I want her to call her doctor to hear what he says but she won't.What can I do?
