Chickette Asked: insomnia…. is really ruining my life, what can I do to improve my sleep consistently?
I'm currently 20 years old, and I've been struggling with insomnia since as far back as I can remember. Only thing is now that I've recently been busy with double work load of work + school, this is seriously becoming a problem. It's come to the point where I can't sleep until about 3am on average (regardless of how many hours of sleep the previous night). It takes me on average 2-3 hours to FALL asleep… and by the time I wake up, I feel lethargic, pretty sh!tty, and feels like I wasted so much time not sleeping. Morning classes are killer cause I fall asleep half the time, can't really pay attention. But now that school's over, I'm still experiencing the same thing. There's been couple days where I'm literally awake on the bed from 2am-7am and by the time I wake up, half my day is gone. I don't want to waste my life away and have it ruined by sleep, what can I do about this? By the way, I don't drink coffee. Please and thank you for any advice …!
