I'm recovering for anorexia and I suffer from pretty bad insomnia. However, I don't want to take a medication that causes weight gain or increased appetite. Anyone know of any?
My psychiatrist suggested seroquel. It's an anti-obsessive that will help with my food issues, as well as sleep. However, I don't like the weight gain aspect. That will just make me anxious and upset. I'd rather gain weight naturally and healthily.
Id like a sleep-inducing anti-obsessive with no weight gain. Any suggestions?
